Peggy Blue was in quite a state of disrepair when we happened upon her. Roof leaks had caused the ceiling to cave in, the master shower had been leaking for years. The paint was peeling and the floors were buckling. The electrical panel was deemed a fire hazard. We knew we would have to work extra hard to rescue the house, replacing most most of the interior while maintaining the mid-century shell of the house.
Meet Peggy Blue. This 1950s beauty had seen better days. with a fresh coat of paint and a powerwashing of brick, this mid century gem is ready for a new millennia.
