Details:With the original house a wee 480 square feet, our client wanted an extra flex space to hang out, record music and entertain friends. This sweet lil quarter pint (250 sqft) accessory structure comes complete with soaring ceilings, tons of natural light, a mini split for heating and cooling and a full bath with a walk in shower.
Inspiration:We wanted to create a miniature version of the existing house. We kept the same basic footprint (but smaller) and the simple hip roof.
