Details:This empty lot on the edge of Austin, TX, was the perfect spot for a U-shaped 3/2 mid century design with ample indoor - outdoor living.
Inspiration:Inspired by the Avocado Acres House in Encinitas, CA, our River Oaks project was designed and built by and for QuarterLab owner Stan Hajost, who clearly has a strong affinity towards mid century modern style!
